In one sentence: this website has no forms and stores none of your personal data on its servers. Information you send us is used only to deliver the service you requested, and is deleted on schedule afterwards.

- Contact details: the WhatsApp / Telegram / WeChat account or phone number you provide
- Trip details: travel dates, flight information, destination cities
- Identity documents: the passport bio-page scan you provide when applying for a visa
- Anything else you voluntarily tell us during an enquiry
2. How we use it
- To process Vietnam visas, fast-track arrival and other immigration formalities
- To book transfers, airport pickups, hotels and other services
- To communicate with you about your itinerary and answer questions
- We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it to third parties
3. How it is transmitted and stored
- This website has no forms and no user accounts, so no data is collected or stored through the web pages themselves
- You send your information through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp / Telegram / WeChat. Those platforms have their own privacy policies which govern the transmission
- We keep the documents required for processing on local, access-controlled and encrypted storage, reachable only by the handling advisor
4. How long we keep it
- Passport bio-page scans: deleted within 【TO CONFIRM: your retention period, e.g. 30 days】 after the visa is completed
- Communication records: kept for 【TO CONFIRM: retention period】 after service completion, for dispute handling
5. Who we share it with
- Vietnamese immigration authorities — required to process visas and approval letters
- Hotels / drivers / suppliers — only what is necessary to deliver the service you booked
- Beyond these necessary cases and legal requirements, we do not provide your information to anyone else

- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time
- You may ask us to stop using your information
